Brief Answer:
It would be an abscess or pressure sore.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
It is most likely an abscess or a pressure sore.
Please consult a Surgeon or your GP who can examine you. You might need a course of antibiotics and possibly drainage of the collection or pus. It is most likely infective and you should not delay the treatment. Without examining it would be very difficult to tell as to what it is but with your history infection is high on the cards.
Do let me know if there are other queries regarding this problem.
Take care.
