After going through the description you have given I am of the opinion that the pain is muscular in origin and not related to any major conditions like heart or lung pathology.
The treatment for this condition would be
1. Hot fomentation on affected area 5-6 times a day.
2. Tab valdecoxib 90 mg twice daily for 3 days , which not only relieves pain but also gives you good sleep.
3. Avoid excessive body movements involving trunk and right shoulder for a week.
