Brief Answer:
urodynamic studies to confirm about the cause.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

Your history of Nuerosurgery puts you at risk of overactive bladder and your doctor may be right. But, you need urodynamic studies to confirm about the cause.

Treatments available for overactive bladder usually include strengthening of pelvic, behavioral therapies, few medications, neuromodulation, and surgery. This is decided based on physical examination and associated findings.

Terol LA 2 contains tolterodine used in overactive bladder. It has side effects like Dry mouth, chest pain, headache, somnolence, fatigue, dry skin, abdominal pain, constipation, dyspepsia, diarrhoea, dizziness, anxiety, wt gain, abnormal vision, dry eyes, paraesthesia, nervousness.

I cannot suggest further treatment as today’s research indicates that a move toward individualizing the dosing of prescription agents is warranted and it can happen only after physical consultation.

Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.
