Besides I am taking Alfusin and Niftas_50 regularly for BHP, but prostate is now normal. For the last 10 days I was suffering from Heavy Cold @Cough with minor breathing trouble and took following medicines- Rrandom RD, LCINA, Alaskan AM,Zanthrin AX, Monteniac AC and Doxoline 400{1/2}. About 6 mths before I felt numbness in left arm and face, and got MRI conducted but that was normal. Chlonofit .25 TDS was given for 7 days by a neurologist at XXXXXXX and I was all right. I am taking chlonofit .25 at night daily. Sir, for last 3 days I am feeling ' rabies fear: ln dream at any time i saw dog and awake frightened. and feel sensation in body for sometime. During the day i do not fear with dog or water or any thing but remain depressed and frightened for rabies in future. Now my cough and cold and breathing trouble is all right. Kindly advice whether I should consult with Neurologist immediately or it is atemporary phase or side effect of any medicine.

Brief Answer:
I think you need to see a psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears that you have developed phobia which is treated by psychiatrist by counselling and behavioral relaxation. Medications are the second choice for treatment of phobia.

None of your medication results in development of phobia and I feel it is just coincidence rather than a side effect of any medication.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Thanks Doctor. I also consulted my family physician ,he prescribed Tab Nexitoplus after breakfast for 7 days, if it does not provide relief, then to consult a psychiatrist. Unfortunately no psychiatrist is available in my city XXXXXXX Kindly advice whether I should wait to see the results of Nexitoplus or should immediately consult a psychiatrist, if so whether I should take advice online on HUM from a psychiatrist or should consult a psychiatrist physically. For your information I have to start taking Nexitoplus from today. An early advice is requested

Brief Answer:
Better to see a psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Although it is possible that medication may effective but the treatment used is a combination of medications and one among them is addictive (Clonazepam). In my view it is better to see a psychiatrist as this treatment advice will not be probably sufficient to control your symptoms.

In my knowledge somebody from XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX visits XXXXXXX on some days of week. In case nobody visits you can go to either XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX as both the places are in approachable distance. You need to see him physically rather than consulting a psychiatrist online.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks again.

Brief Answer:
The website do not permit me to name a doctor/hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

I am sorry to inform you that website policy do not permit me to name a doctor or hospital. This is because website intends to guide people with health problems rather than acting as advertising place.

You can visit either SNMC medical college or mental hospital XXXXXXX where qualified psychiatrists are available on all days of week.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards
