I can understand your concern. The numbness of feet/anus and penis could be due to damage to sensory nerve supply L4-S5 region. It is in the end part of your spinal cord or near buttock region.

The damage to these nerve is known as "Cauda equine syndrome". If you are also having some functional deficit or sensory loss, please consult doctor as soon as possible. You need an urgent MRI of lumbosacral region. The causes can be lesion or non lesion, like

: Mass at D12 to L2 vertebral region - It can be schwannoma, neurofibroma, bony mass, metastasis, chronic infection

: Tuberculosis of spine at this level

: Diabetic neuropathy

: Vitamin B12 deficiency

: Lumbar disc herniation of L1 to L4 level

: Lumbar region dislocation of spine (spondylolisthesis)

Please take it seriously and consult doctor (preferably Neurologist) as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, avoid lifting any weight
Avoid extreme movement of spine.

Take bed rest
You can use lumbar corset till diagnosis is confirmed.
