Brief Answer:
No linkage; separate diagnoses

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thank you for your question and welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.

Non-ischaemic cardiomyopathy is heart chamber enlargement with other more rare causes than the "usual suspect", which is myocardial infarction. The clean coronary artery tree confirma this. No matter the cause, your heart is enlarged and has a fast natural course toward lowering its ejection fraction. Since the enlarged left ventricle take more time to be depolarized, there is an electrical delay, hence the left bundle branch block. I carefully looked at your medical therapy, and I think you are on the right therapy.

No linkage between the sleep apnoea and the heart condition. However, both of them cause breathlesness. Therefore, I would recommend you to consult a pulmonologist, so continuous oxygen therapy during sleep may be prescribed and applied.

I hope I was helpful with my answer. I am happy to help, if you have follow-up questions.

Kind regards,
Dr. Meriton
