Question: Good afternoon. Please see the attached photo of nail infection. What's the name of this infection and possible treatment?

Welcome to health care magic,

I have seen the picture and answer your question.
It seems to be a fungal infection but the image is not so clear.

You can apply anti fungal cream (canesten cream) over the affected area with oral anti-fungal drug (fluconazole 150mg) and antihistamines like cetrizine 10 mg.

The lesion would start subsiding after 3 to 4 applications.Your local doctor or GP will know about this and can prescribe the above treatment.
