Question: MY MOTHER IS 85 AND IS MODERATELY DIABETIC AND HYPERTENSIE. SHE FREQUENTLY GETS MILD MOUTH ULCERS WHICH WE TREAT WITH A DOSE OF BEFILAC WHICH SUBSIDES. HOWEVER FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS EVEN AFTER CONTINOUSLY TAKING A BEFILAC TWICE A DAY HER SYMPTOMS HAVE NOT REDUCED AND SHE HAS DIFFICULTY EATING HER NORMAL FOOD. WOULD PREFER TO AVOID ANTIBIOTICS AS IT WEAKENS HER CONSIDERABLY AND SHE HAS FURTHER DIFFICULTIES

Brief Answer:
Capsule BECOSULES , avoid spicy and acidic food

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Kindly if possible upload the picture for better assessment.
I would suggest her to avoid food that irritates her mouth, like spicy food. Avoid citric and acidic food like lemon, oranges, tomato'. You can ask her to apply dentogel, which will be beneficial. Few times sharp tooth surfaces might also trigger mouth ulcers, you need to see your dentist for the same.
Along with the above mentioned measures you can take you can Capsule BECOSULES.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
