Suggest Treatment For Lump On Penis Shaft

Question: Hi, I noticed a lump (small pea size) in my penis shaft. I noticed it this morning, however last night I masturbated. What could it be ??
Lymphocele or hematoma ??

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed lump in shaft of your penis in the morning and had masturbated yesterday night .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) What is the consistency of lump whether soft,firm or hard?
2) Is there any pain associated with lump?

This could be a hematoma that has developed after injury to one of the tributaries of dorsal vein of penis due to rough handling of penis during masturbation.

Please consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis.

Do not attempt to puncture it yourself .

In the mean while you can apply tight pressure bandage .It is likely to get absorbed within 24 hours.

I can't really tell the consistency of the lump, but when i try to touch it, it moves arpund. And there is no pain.

I went to a Dr today, a urologist near my place and he checked me out. He said it's a cyst, however he asked whether it was there before, because he said it's not due to masturbation. He also said that there is nothing to do, only remove it if it gets bigger or interferes with sexual activity. What do you think ??

If it is a sebaceous cyst it is better to get it excised in Toto.as there is always a risk of it getting infected.
