Brief Answer:
It's likely to be an inflammatory swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ashterock and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand and share your concern.
The photograph isn't clear enough to make a diagnosis.
It would be helpful to get clearer pictures of the swelling.
A swelling that develops in two days, and hurts with pressure, is very suggestive of an inflammatory nature.
You should get it examined by an Urologist.
The following tests will help in arriving at the cause for the swelling :
1. blood routine, sugar, platelets, and LFT.
After the examination,a proper decision can be taken, regarding further treatment.
Maintain good penile hygiene.
You're welcome to send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

I am attaching some more clearer pictures of the inflammation. Will get back to you once more after I get the lab reports. But meanwhile please let me know if you could deduce anything from these images since getting the tests done would take some time
