Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having chronic backache. Back exercises and analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in pain relief. Multivitamin and trace elements are helpful. MRI lumbar spine will be useful to whether the origin of pain is L3-L4 and L4-L5. Vitamin D deficiency is important cause of backache so you are advised to get your vitamin D level and if found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
