I have been taking the antibiotic for 7 days no 1 every 12 hr.
I had an ultra sound done vaginally before my D and C.

No change in bowel movements. I go at lease once or twice a day. I have never had painful a painful stomach due to a bowel movement. I am really worried.

I feel sore inside the bottom of my stomach now.

Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information.

Your lower stomach pain is likely due to urinary infection here and in case of Urinary tract infection antibiotics are to be given for at least 10 to 14 days to get rid of infection and to prevent relapse.

So,you will have to continue this antibiotic further after consulting your treating doctor.

For stomach pain, you may take over the counter pain killer (like naproxen 400 or diclofenac) with anti-spasmodic (like dicyclomine 20 mg)combination on as and when required basis. Your treating doctor may also prescribe it.

Or in case if the pain is severe or does not get relieved from symptomatic medications then it would be better to go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out any other possibility apart from urinary infection.

Hope this helps.
