Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Bloating
Question: Hello. I am a 60 yr old woman that is having pain in my lower abdomen right under my navel. I do hurt in my back some. That comes and goes. I have no bloating just tenderness and pain

I would like to know if you have any urinary or bowel complaints and if at all you had any bleeding per vaginum.
If at all no such symptoms then best option we have now is ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic region.
Visit your doctor as per schedule and get an ultrasound and then we can discuss further management.
In case the pain is bothersome take drotavarine tablet.
