Low sperm motility is associated with other sperm defects or not that need to be checked.Treatment depend on that.
Avoid heat including hot baths, hot tubs, saunas, and laptop computers on your lap. Wear light, comfortable underwear.These are routine measures to improve sperm motility.
Generally if only motility problem is there, Pentoxifylline is used. it is generally prescribed by surgeon or gynecologist.You need to consult the doctor for the same.

PE(Premature Ejaculation) is defined as male ejaculates early before female partner reaches to orgasm.It can be treated with stop and squeeze technique which you can search on internet easily.
Medicines useful for PE are clomipramine and paroxetine. You can be prescribed these medicines by psychiatrist.

Watery sperm is not used for medical purpose.In common use 'Watery Sperm' is used for thin consistency of semen.It may be normal or may be associated with low sperm count.
In normal scenario, frequent ejaculation may cause watery semen. Some studies shown that watery semen might be due to diet factors also.
However in some cases pre-ejaculate is misinterpreted as watery semen.

Sperm motility is ability of sperm to move properly through the female reproductive tract.In routine semen analysis generally at least 60% of the total sperm should be well motile to qualify as normal semen analysis.

Considering these explanation watery sperms and sperm motility are different. However if we go for semen analysis of watery sperms,there may be chance that sperm motility comes abnormal.

First of it should be identified that what is cause of watery semen?Is it normal or abnormal? Then we can treat according to cause.
