Question: My 24 year old son was hit in head last night was knocked out cold for about 1-2 minutes. Today he seems ok but tired no appitite when he bends over feels heavy headed. Has on and off felt nauseated and he just told me his pupils are very small. He is an hour away now he had to work. He is a hunting guide at a plantation. He is very emotional but has been for months due to girlfriend problems financial problems and just has been down about those things. I read about sadness with a concussion but may be both. When he told me his pupils are very small I'm really worried .
