Suggest Treatment For Keloids On Chest

Question: Hi Doctor I am XXXX(Male) Age 61Yrs.

I am having 4 to 5 big Keloids on my chest.
Doctors gave me treatment with Kenakort Injections but they spread and these injections are not effective.
This time I am applying coconut oil with compression.
Request you to please provide your guidance.
