Brief Answer:
Probably an autoimmune disorder, you should to the ER for the examinations.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms can be related to an autoimmune disease. There are several autoimmune diseases which can give these symptoms. Juvenile fibromyalgia is one of them.

I suggest the following examinations to confirm the cause:

- A physical examination
- A complete blood count
- A rheumatoid factor blood level
- Erythrocyte sedimentation rate
- Thyroid function tests
In my opinion you should go to the urgent care or get an appointment with your doctor.

Meanwhile, you can treat the symptoms with anti inflammatory medications.
You can use naproxen sodium (Aleve) three times a day.
After the examinations you can contact me again for further treatment

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
