Brief Answer:
Continue medicines and observe....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Based on this description, it sounds like acute gastroenteritis. I agree with Dr. XXXXXXX in all probabilities this condition will change and she will get better. in addition to the aforementioned treatment, I will also suggest she takes probiotics. Yogurt is natural probiotic. Alternatively she can take enterogermina which is an excellent probiotic.

If the pain and other symptoms worsen, I will recommend she visits a doctor immediately.

Regards
