Question: Hi I wondered why an "old" 2013 back injury - fractured or bent all lumbar transverse processors in a high impact fall being bucked off a horse a 50 for the first time giving tours in Yellowstone National Park. The horse spooked at a bear. ?: Why does it hurt now when it has not been an issue before and the deep pain is moving toward my hip and upper mid thigh area like a sore muscle and you want to stretch it but can't get the right angle? Make sense. My left leg is the area and it is now shorter I think then the right? XXXX in XXXXXXX XXXX

Brief Answer:
Possibility of a fracture is high.Require X ray Pelvis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam.

These symptoms and signs could suggest the possibility of an occult fracture at the level of hip joint.

It's very important that you take an X ray or MRI of the hip joint on both sides to determine the further course of action.

It's important to to get this fixed surgically, in case if it's detection on x ray.

Thank you.
