Brief Answer:
Sounds like severe gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.
The symptoms of the query are suggestive of 2 possibilities
1, severe gastritis
2, IBS
I think the forst condition should be treated first.
You can try the tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day.
Avoid spicy food
Avoid non veg diet
Take plenty of fluids
Take high fiber diet.
Opting for DASH diet may be useful- it was initially found useful in hypertensives. But is good for both, gastritis and IBS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your response.
Weight reduction would be a good idea, definitely.
Pantoprazole can be taken long term. There are almost no side effects.
As for food allergies, I doubt it. The symptoms would happen specifically on exposure to a food item. And loosestools are a prominent feature of food allergy.
I hope that helps.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the response.
First, I dont think that you need Pan D.
Its got domperidom,
Plain Pantop 40 should be enough.
And its best taken half an hour before food.
And yes, reflux and indigestion are same.
There is no difference except medical and normal parlance.

I will suggest continuing tablets.
At least till a correct means of life style becomes a habit.
A decision can then be taken to stop the medicines.

I hope that the information helps you.
Best of luck.
