Question: I have Barrett's Esophagus without dysplasia. i was worried whether dyplasia will diagnosed in future. How many years/months takes for dysplasia to form in cells.

What are precautions we need to take, i am taking razo-l everyday.

It takes years to develop dysplasia.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is the risk factor for Barrett's esophagus and subsequent complications.
Continue taking Razo.
Periodic surveillance with endoscopy should be done.
You need to undergo endoscopy every 3 years for surveillance.

Thanks i was worried about it, because i am just 27 years and i thought it may lead to cancer. what diet should we consider.

As far as the diet is concerned-

1. Avoid coffee, citrus, fatty food/spicy food/masala, tomatoes
2. Do not eat full stomach. Eat multiple smaller meals
3. Avoid bedtime snacks and go to bed 2-3 hours after food.

Is there any treatment for barretts?
In future, will dyplasia diagnoised definitely even though take of our health.
