Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold, Lethargy, Excessive Drowsiness, Chest Congestion And Diarrhea

Question: I recently experienced fever, cold, and diarrhea. Although I've recovered from these issues with medication, From past 4-5 days I still feel fatigued, lethargic, and excessively sleepy. Additionally, there's a lingering sensation of phlegm in my chest.
Should I be worried about anything?

Do you have cough now ? No cough
Have you checked your blood pressure? Yes, BP is somewhere around 115/65 (Normal)

Hi,

The symptoms you have right now could be due to dehydration or due to post viral illness. I recommend you to consume ample amount of fluids and take a course of B complex like Cap AtoZ at night after food for 10 days.
