Question: Hi have 100 fever from yesterday morning. I didn't take any medication. Now I have 98 fever with headache. which tablet is best to take now?

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You can take paracetamol(500 mg) for symptomatic treatment of headache . Can be repeated for return of fever or headache.
Do not exceed 4 g/day.
