Brief Answer:
consult psychiatrist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Thank you for your query.

I need more details about her symptoms so that I am better able to help you. Since when your teenage daughter seeing ghost and not able to sleep? What other symptoms does she have?

It is an alarming sign and it may suggest that something is wrong in her life and she is getting frightened to some person or happening. This is quite common in teenagers. They may corelate with the happening by saying that they see ghosts etc (that are also frightening).

There may be psychiatric cause for it too.

So better to consult psychiatrist so that underlying disturbance can be known.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you

she has an underlying fear of something being really wrong. She is saying something bad is going to happen.
I don't know what she things is going to happen.
She was verbally and emotionally abused when she was youger by her father. She did receive counseling for this. Could it be something coming back from the situation she was in with her Father.
I will have this addressed with a Psychiatrist.

Brief Answer:
consult local psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

present disturbance may be due to past history of abusiveness or it may be due to any recent abusiveness without detail history one can not say that.

that is the reason to consult a psychiatrist so we comes to know what may the cause of disturbance?

is the other area of your daughter's affected like study, playing with siblings, etc..?

There are some psychological tests which helps to find what is wrong.

Thank you
