Brief Answer:
Consideration

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for sending the question.

The blood pressure he reported is actually within the normal range. However if he is feeling very weak with fever or chills this is something you need to have evaluated as soon as possible.

It is possible that his body may be battling some type of infection. I would recommend aggressive hydration with plenty of fluids.

If the symptoms persist or get any worse over the next several hours I would recommend that you certainly take them to a local emergency room or urgent care center for evaluation.

Thank you again for sending a question. Do let me know in case any further queries.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
