Suggest Treatment For Excessive Sleepiness In An Obese Person

Question: Every 2-3 months I have at least 2 days on which I sleep constantly. The only time I wake up is when someone wakes me up (which is very difficult, I am told). When this condition started about 2yrs ago, I would fall asleep sitting up, to dozing while standing but I would wake up before I fell. It has gotten progressively worse, no change in medications or conditions, but this weekend was the worst and scariest
I fell twice, not waking until I was falling with no way to stop myself.
