Doctor,
I have hypertension but no diabetes. I do smoke a little. I am having this problem since the past one year. I am having problem in erection and ejaculation. By ejaculation, do u mean semen ejaculation?

See you have problem of Premature Ejaculation and Erectile dysfunction.
Most of the times these issues are Psychological.
I would advise you to get your blood sugar checked. This is because diabetes is another reason of Erectile dysfunction.
If everything comes out to be normal, you just need not to worry.
Just stop thinking you have this issue. If this doesn't help you might require prescription of Dapoxetine or Fluoxetine for a short period. These drugs will help you significantly.

I have tested my blood sugar. It is within normal range. Then why my dick is not remaining elongated and hard for a long time. Also it is not getting properly inserted into the vagina.
