Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

For symptomatic benefit in dizziness, you can take either-cinnarizine or betahistine.
PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

However, its better to get your dizziness evaluated. Please tell a few details-
1)Since when you are having dizziness?
2)Is it episodic or persistent?
3)If episodic,what precipitates the episode?
4)Has the dizziness to do anything with the neck movements?Does it increase on neck movements?
5)Any history of hearing loss, discharge from ear, tinnitus or double vision?
6)Any other disease?or past medical history?

Please follow-up with details so that I can answer your query well.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,

It is episodic. No I have no prior disease. I have been battling sinus congestion but I felt so good yesterday I thought it was gone. My pulse gets somewhat elevated when I have a dizzy moment. I did my bp today. It was 137/72. With a pulse of 79. It gets worse when I want to read or do computer wirk

This would cause the dizziness then??

Could u prescribe me medication or not

Brief Answer:
It will resolve spontaneously.Symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and telling further details.

Your dizziness appears to be due to sinus congestion issues itself. Its very common with sinus related problems.
I have read through that one of the fellow specialists have told you about the treatment protocol of sinusitis. Please follow it and as your sinus issues improve, you'll be fine.Alternatively, you can visit an ENT specialist also for sinus examination.
However,if the dizziness is very severe, please taken Tab.cinnarizine 16 mg sos(at the time of severe dizziness only).
PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
