Question: Ate some leftovers that had sat out all night with out thinking.. steak and half a baked potato. Immediately threw up afterwards and no have dry mouth and tingling lips

Hi,

Temperatures are very low and thus germs will not multiply easily on food stored out of the fridge. I don’t see any major risk at this time because of the above point and the fact that you vomited all of it. Therefore monitor only at time. The dry mouth and tingling would be only transient. Am thinking fear and heightened concern is the major reason for this than a real ongoing disease process.
