Brief Answer:
low blood pressure, low pulse rate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

propranolol may cause low blood pressure and low pulse rate. Low pulse rate is usually the worst of the two. Dizziness and fatigue are also very common. You can check your pulse rate by palpating an artery (radial artery or even one of the carotids) and counting the beats per minute. If it's too low (less than 50) it may be (or become) a reason for concern. A low blood pressure (particularly if the systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg) is also a reason for concern. If you have symptoms and any of the above findings you should visit the ER as soon as possible.

Kind Regards!
