Question: hi.. I have an allergy on my back... where there is a constant itchy feeling. it has discoloured to a slightly blackish skin tone. this has been there for a few yrs on consultation the doctor had prescribed a cream but it did not seem to help. please can you let me know why this happens. I have noticed this happens during cold weather or in ac environment where I do sweat but not like in summers
