Question: My daughter has been having a hard time pooping . She poops every other day and it's a hard but playable. Like clay . I give her a probiotic every day along with water. She's 20 months old. What can I do to help her ?

Hi,

It looks like lesser water and very less fibre in the food.
Stay away from refined food especially carbohydrates like white rice, bread, potatoes, banana.
Increase fruit juice with fibre. You can try prune juice sips to your daughter. It works well. Mashed beans and peas also are good.
I do not suggest medication without trying above.
