Brief Answer:
gastroenteritis probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the most likely for a healthy man at your age is gastroenteritis. If you've got high fever then antibiotic treatment might have to be considered. Clinical examination by your doctor may be very helpful (mostly to exclude other more serious conditions). Meanwhile you should check your stool for blood and make sure that you consume enough fluids. A rough indicator of dehydration is decreased urine production with very dense urine (dark yellow). Boil some rice into water, add some salt and lemon and drink it (and eat the rice too). This fluid is enough to replenish the lost electrolytes if consumed in adequate amounts (use the urine indicator I've mentioned).

So in conclusion, examination by your doctor is required for assessment of your condition. Fluid and electrolyte replenishment is required to avoid complications like dehydration and renal dysfunction.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
