Detailed Answer:
hi
Thanks for the query

Recovery from depression can be a long process.
A variety of treatments for depression exists, but they may take time before an effect is noticed.
While some improvement may be seen after starting antidepressants, they can take at least three weeks to start having an effect on your mood

Being depressed can make you feel helpless. You're not. Along with therapy and sometimes medication, there's a lot you can do on your own to fight back.
Changing your behavior -- your physical activity, lifestyle, and even your way of thinking -- are all natural depression treatments.

1 Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways
2 Eat healthy- Eat a mood-boosting diet. Reduce your intake of foods that can adversely affect your mood, such as caffeine, alcohol, trans fats, sugar, and refined carbs. And increase mood-enhancing nutrients such as Omega-3 fatty acids.
3 Boost your B vitamins
4 Get enough sleep
5 Be Active
6 Don’t Isolate Yourself- Stay connected
7 Talk to one person about your feelings
8 Have lunch or coffee with a friend
9 Do things that make you feel good
If you are able to get out of depression then get done a councilling from Psychiatrist.

Thank you
Take care
