Brief Answer:
Mupirocine and contratubex

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Use mupirocine cream twice daily till the time it totally heals, usually it takes 10 days for healing.
After 10 days apply contratubex gel twice daily for 3 months.
This will prevent development of scar.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
