Suggest Treatment For Cough, Throat Irritation And Excessive Phlegm In The Throat

Question: I seems to have upper respiratory throat infection with cough. It has increased from last 2 days. I feel wired taste in mouth after coughing and irritation in upper part of throat. Little bit of phlegm comes out every time I cough and it is more in the morning when I wake up. From yesterday even my voice has changed little bit. No fever and cold.

I am just doing salt water gargling from yesterday and no other medication. Kindly advise on the medicine I can try for this.

Hi,

You are having mild lower respiratory tract infection. I would suggest you take Tab. Azee. Drink lots of water. Steam inhalation helps. Drink a glass of warm lemon water with a tablespoon of honey for a week. You can continue the salt water gargling.
