Brief Answer:
Give her XXXXXXX of polyethylene glycol

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm.

I appreciate your concerns regarding your mother.

I will recommend her to take polyethylene glycol XXXXXXX which is to be dissolved in a glass of water. It is to be taken twice or thrice a day initially. And then titrate the dose according to the response. It is available OTC. Comes by trade name of movicol or laxopeg XXXXXXX Polyethylene glycol can be given once daily till it is required or as whenever it is required

If there is no response then give her proctoclysis enema once and once she passes her stools give one polyethylene XXXXXXX at night daily.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help her . Wish her a good health
