I am currently going to a pain management clinic. I've. had steroid injections as well as radio frequency. I have spinal stenosis in my cervical spine and lumbar as well as arthritis, degenerative disease. I'm trying to avoid surgery. I thought a new treatment I had not heard of might be out there. I definitely don't want to go to the Laser Spine Institute. Read too many horror stories about their treatment centers. Just meat markets and surgery for pure profit.

In such situations surgery needs to be done. I would suggest you to compare different centers of spine surgery and then decide one center with more merits & go for it.
