Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Fibromyalgia

Question: hi my name is Jody Sprague I have a virus that my doctor has been scratching her head not knowing what it is and she is a virus specialist.my therapist said that I am not a hypochondriac. My symptoms are body aches,feeling of things slithering all around in my body, fatigued in all of me. The only thing that seem to work is tiger balm but that starting not to work. I did get tested for lymes three times but came out negative. I did have a rash and it still bothers me after 8 month. I did feel a bug and my doctor saw the rash but she dismissed it. I don't know what to do. please help me

Also I have numbness and tingling throughout my body please help me I don't know what is going on

Your symptoms could be due to Fibromyalgia.
I would suggest to consult the rhematologist/psychiatric for complete evaluation and management.

Drug that will help you:
Cetrizine, duloxentine, savella, revital
Apply local application of benadryl
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Life style changes
Start exercise: Play mind games and walking and swimming
Acupuncture therapy
Regular yoga
Relaxation therapy: whole body massage and breathing technique in fresh air
Bath in salted warm water
Maintain weight according to normal BMI
Take more Green leafy vegetables, milk, meat, chicken that high in magnesium
Diet rich in omega three fatty acid: egg, salmon fish, flaxseed oil

I already got tested for that and it was not that so what is it could it be that other thing that i heard about that ticks give you (miyamotoi) I think it is called. It has the same illness but does not show up on testing If you are testing for lymes?

I understand your concern

I would like to know what tests were performed for the lyme disease and fibromyalgia?
Have you taken any antibiotic at the time of the tests?
Did you have rash with red border and with indurated lesion?
Generally lyme disease present with the fever, malaise, joint pain, meningitis and cardiac abnormality (myocarditis, bradycardia, palpitation).
I would suggest to rule out the vitamin deficiency. (Vitamin B12 and D).

as far as I know they did the standard test for both by taking blood for both I also take b12 and d as a daily thing to take even c and as for the rash it is red and is still there
