In some studies choroid plexus cyst is found to have some association with some genetic disorders especially Trisomy of chromosome 18.
Personality disorders are result of genetic, environmental and psychological factors. There are no single factor that increase the risk.
I couldn't find any study linking choroid plexus cyst with borderline personality disorder.
So there is not specific relationship between choroid plexus cyst and borderline personality disorder.
