Brief Answer:
Apply pressure for 5-15 min.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,

From what Im understanding from your query it looks like you have bursted a blood vessel and you need advise on how to act on that.

There are small blood vessels in fingers. The body coagulation system has the ability to coagulate and stop the bleeding, even if it is either internal or external.
Do not worry. Just apply some pressure on it for about 5-15 minutes, if the bleeding continues. Once its formed a blood clot, it will start healing.
In 1 day, you may apply some vaseline on the wound to keep it moist, and so it will heal faster.

Let me know if I understood right your query, or if you need any more clarification.
Otherwise, please kindly rate and close the query.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako.

Brief Answer:
If it's happening only in the fingers, then its nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear,

Thank you for the additional information.

In general, if the burst of the vessels happens only in the fingers, then its nothing serious.
Some people have lighter skin then the others, and the veins are more visible. If that happens in other parts of the body, and this is something new, then you should have it checked.
Coagulation problems are rare, mostly people are born with these problems.
When they happen people may have bruises, or rashes or loosing blood from different parts of the body.
A check-up of the different parts of the blood factors, depending on the other symptoms, would help understand which is the cause of the bruise.

Anyway, if that is happening only in the fingers, then its most probably nothing to worry about. Maybe you hit them somehow, but don't recall where.

Hope this helps,

Take care,
Dr. Klarida
