Thanks for posting your query
After going through your query, the osteoporosis or brittle bone which is confirmed by Bone mineral density (BMD) by dexa scan along with x ray of spine. It may be treated by following medication-
1. Once a month tablet of alendronate, once a week tablet of osteophos. These work by inhibiting the bone resorption.
2. Injection Teriparatide. - It is expensive than the earlier option but it is more effective and work by stimulating bone formation.
You may discuss with your treating doctor and decide what is best for you.
Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6. just talk to your local doctor as the above written medicine are prescription only .
The above discussed drugs give excellent results if combined with physical exercises like walking and swimming.
