1.hypertension- taking sartel -40,nexovas-5 and rosuvas-5.
2.neurofibroma- no medicine
recently,I noticed blood stain at tip of urethral meatus and so I consulted my physician. He advised me to perform following tests:
1.blood for Hb,tc,dc,ese,pleatlet
2.blood for urea,creatinine
3.urine routine microscopic examination
4.x-ray KUBP
5.usg KUBP
all reports came normal.but in usg report it is stated,"prostate is slightly increased in size.outline and echotexture are normal.seminal vesicles are normal.prostate size is 3.6cm x 3.8cm x 2.9cm.apprximate weight of prostate is 21grams." it has also been mentioned that post void residual volume of urine is insignificant(18cc).
in conclusion it is stated,"borderline enlargement of prostate".

on 2007,I did usg of abdomen and in that report, size was 3cm x 3.4cm x2.8cm and weight was 16grams.

it may be mentioned that I do not feel any pain, burning sensation during urination.speed of urine is quite high, and neither I require long time to void my urine.

my father, aged 80,was suffering from prostate problem for past 3 years and after TURP carcinoma of prostate has been identified.

under these circmstances,my questions are:

3.does it indicate prostate rumour?
4.what should I do now?

In question no.3,it will be "tumour" instead of "rumour".
