Brief Answer:
Yes, it can

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Yes, the blood from the haemorrhoids can come when you wipe the front part of perineum, as fresh bleeding can be excessive and come in front part also.
However, vaginal bleeding should be ruled out.

Ok I could not put all this ininitial question but last night I thought I had to have a bm and went but only a little came out but there was quite a bit of blood in toilet and when I wiped in back. I thought it might be from hemmorroids since I do have internal hemmorroids. This morning I just had to pee and I also let out some gas and again there was blood in the toilet, and blood when I wiped the back and the front that's why I got concerned. I also had a bm this morning and no blood in toilet or when wiping. Ended up going to ER and they checked me and did bloodwork and even a vaginal exam and determined it is probably internal hemmerroids. Did have another bm with bleeding on toilet paper and stool. I am hoping it will clear up soon. Using preperation h but don't know what else to do. Also had some vaginal bleeding when I got home. Could that be from the vaginal exam?

Brief Answer:
Slight vaginal bleeding common after vaginal examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Bleeding from the internal haemorrhoids is recurrent, and will gradually resolve with treatment. You should use stool softeners to prevent further bleeding from the haemorrhoids.
If not treated with medical treatment, then you may need to resort to surgery.
Slight vaginal bleeding is common after vaginal examination.
So, if the vaginal bleeding is minimal, you need not worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
