Suggest Treatment For Black Spots On Chest

Question: I'm 18 year old female.

A few months ago i noticed two small black spots in the center of my chest (just below the breasts). My first reaction was to squeeze it to see if it was just a black head. When doing so a really thick hard puss type stuff came out of one of them but the other, white puss came out but still quite thick but looked like a small worm. A couple of weeks ago a large boil appeared quite close to these small spots. I didn't pop the boil and the Whitehead has gone however it just seems to be a hard lump there now. I was going to make a doctors appointment next week but wanted to know if you have any suggestions of what it is? Thank you

Brief Answer:
you may need antibiotics to eradicate infection

Detailed Answer:
Welcome XXXX XXXXXXX at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I appreciate your health concerns...
Do you have diabetes ?
Based upon the description you have provided it seems to be boil. It would be better if you send me the photographs of it. Also do tell me , have you noticed any lump in your breasts or any other skin changes in breast?
If I am your attending physician I will definitely prescribe you antibiotics from penicillin group if you are not allergic to it. Painkillers should also be added in order to relieve pain.
Sometimes it is necessary to the drain the pus which has accumulated in order to completely eradicate the infection.
Meet your physician...
Hope it helps if you still have any other query you are welcome to ask any time...
Regards

I don't have diabetes as far as I'm aware.
No I haven't noticed anymore lumps or discolouration apart from the bigger boil. I'm not sure how to upload a picture? Thanks for your answer

Brief Answer:
take CEFACLOR OR MOXIFLOXACIN

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your followup....
You can upload a picture in reports section. anyways, based upon the history , you need antibiotics. In my opinion , you can take CEFACLOR 500mg three times a day or MOXIFLOXACIN 400 mg once a day for five days. Add painkiller if you feel need of it.
I would really appreciate a photograph so that i can comment whether it needs drainage or not.
Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
use moxifloxacin and Tylenol.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX XXXXXXX

It is hair follicle infection (boil) and doesn't need drainage. For this condition I prescribe moxifloxacin 400 mg once daily for five days. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) can be added if there is pain. You will need doctor's prescription for the antibiotic.

May you stay blessed..
