Brief Answer:
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

We don't have naturopaths or homeopaths on this site, but I might be able to help you with a technique for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo that you can do yourself from home. A number of patients I've suggested it to have tried it and been successful. It is different from the Epley Maneuver, which is what physicians do to treat Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. That requires a physician to perform whereas you can do this technique yourself.

If it doesn't help at first, repeat it in about 15 minutes.

Here is a video of the technique. Unfortunately, it won't "link" if you click on it. Instead, copy and paste the link into your address bar and then you can go to it.

I hope you are feeling better soon!
