Brief Answer:
further tests required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
This may be coincidence and may not indicate any disorder but I would recommend further neurologic testing since some disorder may manifest on this way. Most commonly this is caused by circulation issues and carotid artery aterosclerosis that causes reduced blood flow to brain. You need to do carotid ultrasound and brain CT scan. it will reveal possible carotid stenosis, transitory ischemic attack, multiple sclerosis or some less common disorders. Wish you good health. Regards
