Brief Answer:
It could be due to Fissure in Ano.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your description, the symptoms are due to Fissure in Ano.

You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids.
Please eat fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Your stool should be soft.

I prescribe Capsule containing Calcium dobesilate twice daily till symptoms subside along with Syrup containing Lactulose 10ml at night to my patients with similar complaints. For IBS patients, I add a Pre and probiotic capsule twice daily for 15 days initially.
Internal haemorrhoids should also be excluded.

In this context, I will encourage you to consult a surgeon and get a clinical examination / per rectal examination. Your surgeon will know about these medicines too. You need not worry.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health.
Regards
