Brief Answer:
I think you are doing fine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It seems that you have experimented a lot with medicines. Though orthopedic treatment is beyond my expertise, but a septic joint need surgical evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon and a revision arthroplasty may be needed.

Silver should be taken within safety limits. Drinking water that is free of germs should help limit the infection. To make water germ free you can try the reverse osmosis system and keep the ppm value lowest.

Ayurveda also is a time tested approach. Turmeric is also known to have antibiotic properties. Add 1/2 - 1 spoon of turmeric powder to lime water or warm milk and take it once or twice a day. It should be effective.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
