Brief Answer:
Probable post acne hyperpigmentation.Add photograph for better diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for writing to healthcare magic.I can understand your concern.

In my opinion black spots are most probably due to healing of acne lesions.

This is known as post acne hyperpigmentation. The spots are more common if you have habit to rupture and squeeze active acne lesions.

However there are other possible causes also and it will be better if you add a photograph of your face.

Considering post acne hyperpigmentation, I will advise you to avoid squeezing acne lesions.

Use a good oil control soap or face wash.

Avoid using cosmetics and steroid creams like betnovate over face.

For dark spots you may apply kojic acid and vitamin c contaning cream like kojivit cream.

If you have active acne lesions you may apply clindamycin cream two to three times daily.

I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Take care.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Acne hyperpigmentation along with photo melanosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for follow up.

I have reviewed images uploaded by you.

It seems to be post acne hyperpigmentation along with photo melanosis.

It will be better to take sun protection. For this you may apply sunscreen or take physical protection.

Wash your face two to three times daily with good oil control soap or face wash.

At night time you can use kojic acid and vitamin c cream like carofit ultra.
Apply it in small quantities over affected area.Use clindamycin cream for acne.
Try this prescribed treatment for a month and please let me know your progress.

I hope this will help you.Thanks.
